Owning a Jacques Marie Mage frame is like owning a piece of fine art. We love their small-batch mentality and jewel box-like presentation. The Heywood Sun is the latest piece from the Stanley Kubrick's collaboration; modeled after a signature style worn by Dr. Heywood Floyd (played by William Sylvester) in 2001: A Space Odyssey. This sculptural '60's inspired frame features thick-gauge acetate with subtle beveled detailing, fashion-tinted lenses, JMM's signature arrowhead front pin, triple spur rivets, and translucent acetate temples exposing the engraved core wire. These sunglasses are a great fit for medium to wider faces. The inner temples are finished with a foil-stamped Stanley Kubrick signature and comes with special packaging. Jacques Marie Mage believes strongly in stewardship; a portion of every frame sold goes towards wildlife conservation, benefiting the Yellowstone Forever foundation and the Living With Wolves project.
